Brunching in Bluebird, Chelsea, it would be rude not too! 🍳

Brunch is always a good idea…but brunch in Chelsea is an even better idea!

Bluebird, Kings Road, is Chelsea’s most iconic restaurant. It’s grand modern entrance displays the most beautiful summery flowers by McQueens. Seated just a table away from some of the Made in Chelsea cast, we got to choose from an array of cocktails. I mean who says 11am is too early for a cocktail eh?

I am a cocktail fanatic, but this cocktail was bursting with flavour. It was called ‘Kiss and Tell’, Sauvelle French vodka, fresh strawberry, goji berrry liqueur, lemon juice and rose petal syrup. I have never had rose petal syrup in a cocktail before, it was so powerful and refreshing. I wish more cocktails would use this ingredient!

For my meal I chose my favourite, Egg Benedict on a Brioche muffin with hollandaise source. Incredible doesn’t come close to this lean cuisine! Although the service was a bit slow & at the time we went it wasn’t that busy the food, drink and decor made up for it. Anyways who wouldn’t want to brunch on a Sunday in Chelsea’s most exclusive spot?
