Spa day & Afternoon Tea in The Mayfair Hotel, London 💆🏼

You know when you get to that point where your muscles feel like they are in knots and you just want to splash the cash and treat yourself? Well that is exactly what myself & Isaac did! We booked ourselves into a day of full relaxation and indulged our taste buds!

The Mayfair Hotel, London situated on a parallelogram between Oxford Street, Piccadilly, Regent Street and Hyde Park in the heart of Mayfair. The spa was the perfect retreat that we needed. With a sauna, steam room, ice fountain, ice bucket shower and relaxation loungers it helped balance our minds and calm our bodies.

For treatments, I decided to have an ESPA 60 minute Massage, it was DEVINE! The therapist used my favourite soothing body oil, and gave me a head to toe massage, it was like floating away into heaven for that hour leaving all my muscles completely relaxed.

Isaac had an ESPA facial, who also said it was the best facial he had ever had! Both of our skin felt refreshed and revitalised, we walked out of that spa feeling like new people!

After a full morning of zenning in the spa we had worked up an appetite, so we made our way to the infamous MayFair Kitchen where we were served a three tiered food story. On the bottom we had a selection of sandwiches and toasts with pate. On the second tier we had warm scones with jam and clotted cream. Finally on top we had a selection of pastries, cakes and mouses.
By the end we had demolished all three tiers together and were completely stuffed! It was the perfect way to end our relaxing day! We walked out of the hotel feeling energised and rejuvenated, a perfect pampering Sunday!
